2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
• DigontoBD does not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability or pricing errors.
• Accepted payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Rocket, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Payment must be completed (or COD confirmed) before an order is dispatched.
• Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times: Dhaka (1–3 business days), outside Dhaka (3–7 business days).
• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
• DigontoBD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, natural disasters, or public holidays.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and the original invoice.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
• COD refunds are issued via bKash or bank transfer.
• Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• DigontoBD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and graphics — is the property of DigontoBD or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigontoBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
