At DigontoBD, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely anywhere in Bangladesh. Please read our shipping policy to understand our delivery process, timelines, and charges.
1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh, including:
- Dhaka Metropolitan Area
- Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh Divisions
- Remote and rural areas (delivery times may vary)
2. Delivery Timeframes

Business days are Saturday to Thursday, excluding government holidays.
3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on orders above ৳ 3,000 within Dhaka, and above ৳ 5,000 nationwide.
4. Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Saturday–Thursday) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on government holidays are processed the next business day.
- You will receive an SMS and/or email confirmation once your order is dispatched.
5. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:
- Pathao Courier
- Steadfast Courier
- Sundarban Courier
- Redex
- SA Paribahan
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can track your order status at any time from your Account → My Orders page.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders up to ৳ 10,000 across Bangladesh.
- Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
- COD orders will be confirmed via a phone call before dispatch.
8. Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, our courier will attempt delivery a second time.
- After 2 failed attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse. Re-delivery charges may apply.
- COD orders returned due to customer unavailability will incur the full shipping cost.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@digontobd.com or 01518735569. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
