1. Return Eligibility
You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or not working on arrival
- You received the wrong product or wrong size/color
- The product is significantly different from its description on the website
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags
- Be accompanied by the original purchase invoice
- Not be damaged due to customer misuse, mishandling, or accidents
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food items, etc.)
- Beauty and personal care products that have been opened or used
- Undergarments, innerwear, and swimwear
- Digital products or software
- Items on final sale or purchased with a special discount code (unless defective)
- Products damaged by the customer after delivery
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and provide a return authorization if eligible.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our address using our designated courier partner.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

COD orders will receive refunds via bKash or bank transfer. Please provide your bKash number or bank account details when initiating a return.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges for a different size, colour, or model are available subject to stock availability.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
7. Cancelled Orders
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
